1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ReportMate ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReportMate is a SaaS tool that connects to third-party advertising and analytics platforms on your behalf and generates AI-assisted client reports. The Service is intended for marketing freelancers, consultants, and small agencies.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@reportmate.report if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must not use the Service to violate any applicable law or the terms of any third-party platform you connect (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Paddle's terms apply to all transactions.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all data and content you bring into the Service (client data, logos, report content). You grant ReportMate a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service.

ReportMate retains all rights to the software, design, and branding of the Service itself.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that report data is error-free or that the Service will be available without interruption. AI-generated summaries are for informational purposes only and should be reviewed before sharing with clients.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReportMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination by contacting support.
