If you are not satisfied with ReportMate within the first 14 days of your first paid subscription, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
This guarantee applies to first-time paid subscriptions only. It does not apply to renewals, plan upgrades, or accounts that have previously received a refund.
Email us at support@reportmate.report from the address associated with your account. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line. We will process eligible refunds within 5 business days.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current period.
There are no refunds for partial months or unused time remaining after cancellation.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests where there is evidence of abuse (e.g., repeated sign-up and refund cycles, violation of our Terms of Service, or fraudulent activity).
All payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by bank (typically 5–10 business days after we initiate the refund).
